Summer Markets
Get ready for the 2011 Market Season.  Starting June 4 we kick into our regular season with the market taking place every Saturday (from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm) in the lovely Church gardens.  We feature the best produce that North Saanich has to offer, as well locally baked goods, coffee, crafts, music, and the good company of friends and neighbours. 

We continue to expand the selection of vendors, including growers, bakers and crafters.

Some of the new vendors for this season include Marquis Mushrooms (growing organic oyster, shitake and lion's mane mushrooms on McTavish Road) and Brambly Hedge Farms.  We have 2 new jewellers selling unique, handmade necklaces, earrings and more.  We'll have duck eggs as well as chicken eggs at the Community Table.

We'll also have lots of different groups represented at the Information/Education Table each week, so stop by and learn about composting, get garden tips from the Master Gardeners, find out if that ancient apple tree really is a rare heritage breed from the Fruit Testers, and so much more.  You'll find the full list, and the Entertainers Schedule for this year, under "At the Market".
