Local lamb for sale

Debbie Trerice now has North Saanich ethically-raised lamb for sale.  It's being sold by the half (left or right) and has been cut, wrapped and frozen.  The cost is $4.00/lb. hung weight, which works out to about $6.00/lb. after cutting and wrapping. 

A side will cost between about $40.00 and $90.00 depending on the size of the lamb.  Larger lambs will be cut with rib chops and loin chops and will have both stewing meat and ground lamb.  Smaller lambs will have the ribs as a rack and some ground lamb in the cuts.  To purchase, call Debbie Trerice at 250-655-9277 and leave a message.
