Description

Turnips are part of the radish family and a winter vegetable you should try if you haven’t already.

Ingredients

    small turnips
  • 2
    T
    butter
  • 1
    T
    fresh parsley or chives

Instructions

Cut the turnips into 1 inch cubes. Saute turnips in butter in a small skillet, until they begin to turn light brown. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve hot and garnish with herbs.
