Description
Radishes usher in Spring with a loud crunch, adding colour alongside seasonal greens. Serving radishes with sweet butter and sea salt is simplicity itself. The addition of anchovies adds a whole other taste dimension.
Ingredients
- 1cunsalted butter
- 12 1⁄2Tanchovy paste
- 1clvgarlic, crushed
- 1⁄4tfresh lemon juice
- 24small radishes
Instructions
Blend butter in food processor with anchovy paste, garlic and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt. Serve on crackers or use as a dip. The anchovy butter can be made a day ahead as well as washing and triming the radishes.
